Working as Tape Deck Art, Dennis first paints the design with stencils and acrylics. The image is printed onto vinyl and fitted to spun aluminium, then finished, aged, signed and numbered. Rockarchive lists editions of ten in each size, supplied with wall hangers.
The gallery says the work is modelled on a 1979 Better Badges promotional badge. That date describes its historical reference; it does not establish when Dennis made this artwork. Watergate Gallery also documents the same work and is linked as an additional source.
